Gel Permeation Chromatography Clean-up

Gilson, Inc’s gel permeation chromatography (GPC) clean-up systems are an ideal solution for post-extraction clean-up of interfering substances from environmental samples, food products and animal tissue, prior to analysis by GC, GC/MS, HPLC or LC/MS. GPC clean-up performs selective removal of high-molecular weight interferents such as lipids, pigments, proteins, humic acids and plasticizers while maintaining sample integrity. Failure to remove these interfering compounds can shorten column life and increase analytical downtime. GPC is common and convenient for post-extraction clean-up prior to analysis for such compounds as pesticides, PCBs, plasticizers, endocrine disruptors, semi-volatiles, pharmaceuticals, illegal dyes and others. Gilson GPC Clean-up systems meet the guidelines as set forth by a variety of government and independent agencies such as USEPA, USFDA, USGS, AOAC International, AOCS, EN1528, EN12393, DFG S19, CFIA and others.
