Before contacting Gilson for service and support, please have available the Gilson model numbers and serial numbers, along with the Gilson software and computer operating system. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact your local Gilson distributor.

Technical Support
Our experienced technical support staff is available to provide you with hardware and software support of your Gilson instruments. For technical assistance, please call 800-445-7661 or 608-836-1551 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.

Field Service
Specially trained Field Service Representatives are available to provide hands-on troubleshooting support for your hardware service needs.

Our expert Field Technical Representatives also work on-site, offering assistance for your hardware and software installation.

Offered for various locations throughout the United States. Please call 800-445-7661 or 608-836-1551 or contact service@gilson.com for details.

· Response times vary from case to case depending upon your location and the urgency of the problem.
· Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty.
· Loaner equipment is available if it is necessary to remove the instrument(s) from your site for further repair.

In-House Service
Instruments purchased in the U.S. can be returned for repair to our corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin. Please call 800-445-7661 or 608-836-1551 or contact service@gilson.com for details.

· Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty.
· Loaner equipment is available for most models.
· Please contact the Gilson Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning instruments for service.
