Utilities
Utility programs are available on CD-ROM for most Gilson hardware. These programs
allow you to review, and, if necessary, change the configuration options set for
the Gilson hardware.
Installation Qualification (IQ)
IQ ensures that all procedures for optimal installation are followed for the installation
of your Gilson instrument or software in a selected environment.
Operation Qualification (OQ)
OQ ensures that your Gilson instrument is performing within the proper operational
specifications for its specified use in a given environment. OQ Kits, consisting
of a documentation booklet, OQ software, and any hardware required for the test,
are available. OQ training is also available by contacting training@gilson.com.
