• Pipettes are a staple of most laboratories and probably one of the most extensively used pieces of equipment. The pipette is made of a variety of mechanical and/or electronic parts moving against each other that are often exposed to corrosive or hazardous chemicals. This exposure may result in barely visible damage that may not be discovered unless regular service is carried out. For example: The pipette has been tested on the balance, and is imprecise and/or inaccurate. The pipette leaks after a long period of use. The pipette leaks after having been exposed to contaminating liquids. The piston seal and/or O-ring are worn out. The stainless steel piston is scratched. The tip-holder or other parts (tip-ejector, push button, connecting nut, etc) are damaged, chemically attacked or worn.

Preventive maintenance contract to offer the level of service most appropriate to your needs (what, how often, number of pipettes, cycle time, etc). Calibration by gravimetric method to check the performance of your pipettes according to the ISO 8655 standard, including ISO17025 calibration with the Calibration certificate delivery, adapted to your budget (see pages 41-42).
