Reliable and reproducible library preparation is critical for successful next generation sequencing (NGS). In this poster, We compare sequencing results for E. coli whole genome sequencing libraries prepared with the Illumina Nextera XT kit, with liquid handling carried out either manually or automated with PIPETMAX.
