PIPETMAX® Automation of the Illumina Nextera XT DNA Library Preparation Kit

This application note describes the setup and execution of automation of the Illumina® Nextera® XT DNA Library Preparation Kit using the PIPETMAX automated liquid handler. Five different scripts have been created and are described in detail in this document.
